Music is an intrinsic and important part of worship and parish life at Trinity Church. We invite you to join us by becoming a singer in one of our choirs, by offering your talents as an instrumentalist, or by simply adding your name to our mailing list so we may keep in touch with you with information about upcoming musical events. (e-mail us)
Trinity Church is affiliated with the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM), an ecumenical professional organization "committed to achieving the best use of good music in worship, whatever the resources, whatever the style." The central component of the RSCM's educational mission is its excellent Voice for Life program, which promotes singing in churches, particularly encouraging young people to sing. All of our choirs at Trinity Church utilize the Voice for Life program, which welcomes singers of all abilities into the joy and art of singing. In addition to training in the skills of music reading and vocal techniques, singers in the Trinity choirs are formed in the habits of common prayer and liturgical spirituality through music.

INSTRUMENTALISTS
Trinity Church is blessed with many fine, very gifted instrumentalists. There is a regular instrumental ensemble that plays for the 8:45 a.m. Sunday Eucharist during the academic year, utilizing unique guitar, piano and violin accompaniments for music from The Hymnal 1982 and other sources. The ensemble rehearses for 45 minutes each Sunday morning before the 8:45 service, and, in addition to leading congregational singing, enjoys performing preludes that range from joyful Celtic tunes to beautiful early consort music. The 8:45 Ensemble invites any music lover who plays an instrument or sings and can attend the rehearsal to join in for a week, a month, or the whole year!
