Interim Rector

Dawn M. Frankfurt is a graduate of Berkeley Divinity School at Yale. She is a native of Oklahoma City and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she did two years of graduate work in English. Before she entered seminary, she was Membership and Communications Director of the Honolulu Board of Realtors. Her ministry interests include pastoral care, preaching, and faith formation. She joined the Trinity staff in October 2004.

Dawn will be Trinity's Inrterim Rector for one year starting in October 2007. Dawn Frankfurt's Biography

Carol Taylor
Carol A. Taylor
Director of Music

Carol A. Taylor, the Trinity Music Director since 1988, earned a masters degree in organ performance at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, where she later directed the University Chorus and taught organ. She also directed the Queen Mary Road United Church Choir, which twice reached the finals of the Canadian National Choral Competition.

Ms. Taylor directs all the Trinity choirs and plays the Taylor and Boody organ, installed in 2000.

Margaret Pearson
Parish Administrator

Margaret Pearson has been the Parish Administrator for Trinity Church since September 2005. She lives in Staunton with her husband, Oakley. They are members of Trinity Church. She has two children and two grandchildren.

Susan Micklem
Parish Secretary

Susan Micklem has been secretary at Trinity since September 2004. She was born in Roanoke, but lived in several states in the northeast until she settled in Staunton. She has a daughter in college.

Bobby Hizer, Parish Sexton

Bobby Hizer has been Trinity's sexton since 2005. Bobby enjoys the people of Trinity and his job with us. He owns and operates a full-time cleaning business with his partner, Lisa. He lives in Hermitage and has three sons.

Wendy Dodge is Trinity's Program Coordinator. She helps to organize and communicate to the Parish primarily in the areas of Christian Education and Outreach.Wendy is married to Greg Dodge and has two children.
