Years ago, Trinity was gifted a stunning four-octave set of handbells from London’s renowned Bells of Whitechapel, Ltd., A two-octave set of Suzuki handchimes was later acquired. While these instruments initially served a supporting role in liturgy, the launch of Choir Camp in 2014 sparked a new wave of enthusiasm.
The chimes became so popular among our Junior Choristers that by Fall 2025, an official Chime Choir was established for youth. Although called Chime Choir, this ensemble also plays the handbells. This momentum naturally shifted toward more interest in our handbells, leading to the creation of a dedicated Handbell Choir in Winter 2026. This ensemble, for all ages, now brings the rich resonance of the Whitechapel bells to our Sunday afternoon rehearsals and occasional worship.
Chime Choir
Junior Choristers with at least one year of singing experience, and Senior Choristers are welcome to play in the Trinity Chime Choir. Playing hand chimes greatly enhances music reading and rhythm skills and is a real team sport! The Chime Choir will perform on second Sundays when the Junior Choristers sing. Rehearsals are Tuesdays from 4:30 – 4:55 pm.

Handbell Choir
Ringers of all ages are welcome to join the Handbell Choir. While handbell experience is not required, new ringers must be able to read music. Rehearsals are on Sundays from Noon – 1:15 pm in the Church.
