Sunday School & More
The Youth/Children Ministry (YCM) at Trinity Church has a goal to love and guide our children and youth to have a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Christian in our diverse world. This goal is aspired to through a two-pronged approach we call Formation and Service.
Formation: To teach in a welcoming respectful, interactive, and safe environment, one in which our children and youth can share their joys and concerns with each other and with caring adults, and God’s Word can be heard and experienced through scripture and tradition.
Service: To empower our children and youth to discover their gifts and talents by providing them with opportunities to be visible while serving during church services and when participating in community service activities in and outside of Trinity Church.
Elementary School Students
Elementary-aged children meet in the lower level classrooms of the Parish House every Sunday starting September 17, 2023, from 9:15-10:15 am, divided into reading and pre-reading groups. Please register your school-age child here. That helps us get to know our families and have records of contact information, food allergies, photo releases, birthdays and more.
Middle and High School Students
The Trinity Youth Room, on the top floor of the Parish House, is open to all youth in middle and high school on Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings. Youth Sunday School takes place at 9:15 am on the second Sunday of each month, and Sunday afternoon social and service activities are scheduled on the Sundays the senior choristers sing. The first two dates for our youth in 2023 are September 17 (pizza and games) and October 15 (pumpkin carving party). Please register your school aged child for Sunday School here: here.
